• Our first session will only be 45 minutes at 9am on the morning of your class.  We will prep the signature rub, prepare the brisket...pop it in the oven or BBQ or smoker...then you will go and enjoy your day and we will reconvene at 5pm for approximately 15 minutes to do the final seasoning and then learn how to carve and serve.
• Mel will be in touch during the day to check on each persons brisket and make the necessary adjustments.
